PLEASE NOTE:
There are NO EVENING VISITS on Tuesday's, Friday's, Saturday's, Sunday's & Bank holidays and there are NO VISITS AT ALL on : GOOD FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS DAY, BOXING DAY & NEW YEARS DAY

BOOKING YOUR PRISON VISIT
To book  a visit you must be over 18 years of age and be visiting the prisoner yourself - never let anyone book your visit for you. You can book by telephone, or in person, at the Prison at the times listed below.

If the prisoner is convicted, you cannot book a visit until you have received a visiting order. Only the names on the order can visit – You must never change names or add names, this invalidates your visiting order.

 If the prisoner is on remand you can telephone the booking office any time during opening hours and arrange your visit. On arrival at the Visitors’ Centre you will complete a visiting order. When booking your visit for both remand and convicted prisoners you will be given a booking office reference numberYou must bring that number with you or you cannot go into the prison.

 
When booking a visit it has to be a minimum of 48 hours and a maximum of 14 days notice for convicted and 7 days for remand prisoners. You can book more than one visit at a time.

Please arrive at the Visitors Centre 20 minutes before your visit is due to begin.

A VISIT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNLESS YOU HAVE: -
1.          Pre-booked your visit.
 2.          
Have a valid Visiting Order, if the prisoner is convicted (No VO needed if the prisoner is on remand – you will fill in form on arrival at the VC)
3.          
Have the correct booking reference number.
 4.          
Have the correct identification – (Everyone over 18 years old).
